You built a business that works.
It only works when you are in it.

A community for founders with a team. Your business grew. The way it runs needs to catch up. This is where that gets built.

Free to join. The Operator's Table is $37 a month when you want the working sessions.

Monday starts with a plan. By ten it is gone.

Three people needed you for something small. A yes on a quote. How to handle an unhappy client. A look at a draft before it goes out.

None of it hard. All of it needing you.

You already know something is off. You are not confused about it. You have just never had it named cleanly, so you work harder instead.

Here is what is happening. Your business grew faster than the structure under it. The way it runs needs to catch up.

That is not a failure. It is a stage, and every company you admire went through it.

THE OTHER HALF

You already have people to think with. This is where you build it.

You are probably in a room already. A peer group, a mastermind, a coach you meet with monthly. Those rooms are good and you should keep them. They give you perspective, accountability, and people who understand your job.

They help you think. What they do not do is build the thing that has to exist after the conversation, because that is not what they are for. You leave with clarity and a list, then come back to a week that eats the list.

This room is the other half. You bring one piece of your business that keeps coming back to you, and you leave with it built.

When a founder-led business grows past informal management, the same five areas fall behind. These are what we look at to find where your business needs more stability.

The five areas of stability: decision-making, people and roles, execution and follow-through, visibility and reporting, growth readiness.
The five areas of stability: decision-making, people and roles, execution and follow-through, visibility and reporting, growth readiness.

1. Decision-Making

How decisions move through the business. Who owns what. How fast they happen.

2. People and Roles

Whether your team owns their work, and whether the roles still match the size of the company.

3. Execution and Follow-Through

Whether commitments get finished on time, and whether the right work is moving.

4. Visibility and Reporting

Whether you can see your numbers without digging for them.

5. Growth Readiness

Whether operations can absorb more clients, more revenue, and more complexity.

The Operator's Table, $37 a month

Two live working sessions a month. You bring one piece of your business that keeps coming back to you and you build it on the call. These are not lectures.

A founder brings a problem they are stuck on. Otissa works it in front of the room. Everyone leaves knowing how to apply it to their own business.

Working templates for what we build together. Decision rules, role clarity, meeting cadence, reporting.

Every session recorded, so a missed week costs you nothing.

Cancel any time.

The room is new. The work is not.

I have spent 30 years inside growing companies seeing what happens when the business grows faster than the way it runs. Stability Before Scale™ comes from that work.

This is the first group inside the community. What founders bring into the room will guide the problems we work through and the resources we build first.

Hey, I'm Otissa!

I have sat on both sides of the table. The one asking for the plan, and the one who has to make it work on Monday.

That gap is where it goes wrong for most companies. The strategy is fine. Everybody agreed to it in the room. Then Monday comes, nobody is sure who decides, and it comes back to the founder.

I spent 30 years inside companies, 20 of them in tech. Thousands of complex projects, and my job was getting them across the line when a lot of people had opinions and somebody still had to deliver.

Now I run Bravuraa. We install the structure a founder-led business needs so it can run without waiting on the founder for every decision. I speak on this work at universities and industry conferences.

You built the business. I have done this part before. Let's get to work.

FROM FOUNDERS DOING THE WORK

"Otissa helped us sharpen our sales strategy, streamline operations, and put AI tools to work in ways that actually save time and move the business forward. In a short time, she has changed how we function as a business, and we are better positioned for growth because of it."

Karla

President, Safety and Compliance Firm

"Otissa was professional, thorough, and efficient throughout the engagement. I would recommend Bravuraa to organizations looking for a disciplined operational review and additional perspective on their sales and revenue processes."

Who this is for

This is for you if

You are the founder and you have a team

Decisions still run through you, even the small ones

Your operations have not grown as fast as the business has

You want the thing built, not another list

This is not for you if

You are the only person in the business. Nothing wrong with that stage. The work here assumes you have people, and the handoffs between them are where your time goes.

You want a library to browse. Templates are here, and they will not do anything on their own.

You want a recommendation and no change.

STILL NOT SURE?

Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: Is this just another content dump?

No. The sessions are working sessions. You bring one piece of your business and leave with it built.

Question 2: I am already in a mastermind. Why this?

Keep the mastermind. That room helps you think. This one helps you build what has to exist after the conversation. They do different jobs and they work well together.

Question 3: I do not have time for another thing. When can I lorem ipsum when I buy?

The diagnostic takes ten minutes. Sessions are twice a month and recorded. If the reason you cannot find two hours a month is that everything runs through you, that is exactly what this is for.

Question 4: Do I have to pay to join?

No. Join free. Move up to The Operator's Table at $37 a month when you want the live sessions.

Some founders will take what they build here and run with it. Others will realize the issue goes deeper and want help getting the right structure in place. That is where Bravuraa comes in. If you already know you want to talk about working together, book a call with me.

The business is not the problem. The structure under it is.

You built something that works. Now build the part that lets it work without you in every decision.
